With more than two decades of experience leading enterprise and operational risk programs across highly reputable regional and national financial institutions - like Charles Schwab, JP Morgan Chase, and US Bank - I’ve developed a deep understanding of how risk, culture, strategy, and technology must converge.
In my career, I’ve led large-scale GRC transformations — including a key role in the historic Charles Schwab –TD Ameritrade integration (the largest acquisition in broker/dealer history) — and directed the team that designed and implemented Schwab’s first centralized, enterprise-wide post-merger process-mapping program. I’ve also architected enterprise-wide risk-maturity strategies that executive teams and Boards adopted to drive alignment, resilience, and sustainable growth.
